15th Annual Day Out for Caregivers
On Friday, November 9, 2018, Right at Home will host a Day Out For Caregivers event to celebrate at-home caregivers. The free event includes lunch, crafts, games, door prizes, and a grand prize for the 2018 Caregiver of the Year.
The event, now in its 15th year, recognizes at-home caregivers by helping them get out of the house for a day. To make the event possible, Right at Home helps caregivers attend by arranging transportation and assistants who can take their place for the day.
Eye Centers of Florida is raising awareness about this event and the service that at-home caregivers provide to their loved ones and the community.
If you’re an at-home caregiver, you can RSVP directly, or if you’d like to celebrate an at-home caregiver who deserves some recognition and a day off, you can nominate someone else.
